Appearance: Yellow fur, quills held back with hairband, a ruber jumpsuit and yellow shoes.

Personality: She has a very electric personality *shot*. Seriously though she is a very kind girl with a heart of gold but she is very shy, doesn`t open up to people alot and never admits to her own strenghts, only her flaws.

Strengths: Has the rather rare ability of electrokinesis or electricity manipulation, very good cooking skills and amazing well at grooming herself and others.

Weaknesses: If her powers are used up she has no battle skill at all, afraid of dogs, weaknesses and has very little physical strength.

History: Eliza was born, raised and still lives: in station square. All females in her familly inherited electrokinesis because of an un-known ancester who had "the power of thor" (the god not the marvel superhero), so obviously she could use it. She saved Kyle from the streets aged 7 and trained with him untill age 14 when they joined the special poice force. When the force broke up, Eliza decided to stay with kyle and the two searched for a non-violent life, together (no there is not going to romance between them)

What would be the limit of her electric powers? What is the strongest thing she can do with them? Also shouldn't she have a weakness to water? It's not nessacry but it would make sense. Again try not to make a plot out of canon characters from the series as they are to be introduced later or they simply won't exist, so in other words just say she has a headband that holds back her quill and it should be fine.

And for your questions about her powers 1: Her powers are limited by how much is in her mini electric generator (i`m going to make this a piece of gear later). 2: the strongest move she can use with her Electrokinesis is a move where she makes herself a living conductor and can shock anyone who touches her, it`s a last resort move. If you asked for any other info I forgot about it.

The only other thing I asked for was for her to have a weakness to water possibly, though since it wasn't nessacry it doesn't really matter. Approved.
