Non-Playable Characters (N.P.Cs)
An NPC is a non-playable character used for plot purpose. Users themselves can introduce NPCs into a topic and control them, however there are some NPCs with an account that are special ones that the staff control for plot purposes. Here are a list of NPCs the staff has created so far.
