Shade The Echidna's Gear

Name: Power Gauntlets
Appearance: Silver Bracelets that glow purple on her wrists.
Effect: They give her the power to shoot purple power bolts which can knock down opponents. She can only send one bolt out of each gauntlet at a time. after 20 bolts she has to take a few moments for everything to regain power so they wont over heat. After the regenerate there energy (which takes about 3 posts) she can still only shoot one bolt at a time and so on and so forth.

How many bolts can she shoot in total? Is there a cooldown timer that occurs when the limit of the bolts are used, if so how long until it ends and she can use the bolts once again?

By adding in a cooldown time I meant how long in posts it would take. If you could edit a few moments into an amount of posts before she can use it again I'll approve.
